Your skills and experience:

•         A Master’s degree
•         Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in project, PMO, or contract management within the Polish public sector
•         At least 10 years of overall professional experience
•         Experience in public sector or state-owned organisations (an advantage)
•         A strong advisory mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach when working with senior stakeholders
•         Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English
•         Proven ability to build trusted, professional relationships, with tact and a strong client-oriented mindset
•         Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to track progress and provide structured status reporting
•         The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
•         Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•         The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
•         Ambition and motivation to achieve individual and team KPIs

As part of the Government & Public Services practice, you will:

•         Support public-sector engagements across the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales and bid activities
•         Ensure contractual compliance and risk management on large, complex transformation programmes
•        Support formal governance, change management, and decision-making structures
•         Assist with acceptance processes, audit readiness, and documentation control
•         Ensure project documentation is complete, audit-ready, and contractually compliant
•         Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Legal, Commercial, and Delivery teams
•         Provide advisory support to delivery teams without assuming delivery accountability
•         Prepare clear, structured materials for steering committees and governance forums
•         Contribute to team capability building by sharing experience, knowledge, and best practices
