Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

2-4 years of professional experience in credit and collections, including cash application
Strong understanding of AR processes, credit risk, and collection strategies
Ability to independently manage end-to-end collections and cash application processes
Proven knowledge of and compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Your future role

Independently manage credit and collections operations for assigned customer portfolio
Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
Assess credit worthiness and recommend credit limits based on risk analysis
Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile accounts and investigate unapplied or misapplied payments
Generate AR aging reports and provide insights to Finance and business stakeholders
Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to payments and account status
Ensure compliance with internal controls and local statutory requirements
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and improve processes
Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
