We are looking for a Cyber Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of offensive security projects (red teaming, adversary simulations, and pen testing strategies) for our global clients. 🚀

🎯 What we expect from you:

Proven experience managing cybersecurity engagements, from initial scoping to delivery, with an ability to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with offensive security concepts, tools, and terminology (red teaming, pen testing, threat simulations).
Confident leading client conversations, translating technical goals into clear deliverables and business outcomes.
Strong skills in planning, tracking budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision.
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including technical leads, sales, legal, and procurement.
Certifications – Project management credentials (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP) are also highly valued.

Your future role

Project Oversight & Execution – Leading the delivery of offensive cybersecurity engagements, ensuring project timelines, technical execution, and client expectations align.
Client Engagement & Scoping – Owning or supporting project scoping calls, define success criteria, and develop clear Statements of Work (SOWs) and delivery briefs.
Proposal & Budget Management – Collaborating with tech leads to build tailored proposals, monitoring budgets, and managing pricing strategies to ensure project profitability.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management – Maintaining oversight of the advisory pipeline, coordinating internal resources, and supporting sales/delivery teams in prioritizing opportunities.
Contracting & Compliance – Working with legal and procurement to ensure smooth contract execution, tracking deliverables, and managing amendments as needed.
Internal Coordination – Driving internal project syncs, proposal review timelines, and ensuring alignment between business units.
