Who we are looking for
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in cybersecurity, pre-sales, business development or consulting;
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, market trends, and the Polish cybersecurity domain;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, Economics, or a related field;
  • (Preferred) Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and German language proficiency.

Your future role
About the Role:
We are looking for a Cyber Pre-Sales & Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead solution development, manage sales activities, and support Deloitte’s growth in the cybersecurity domain across Poland and Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales Execution
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions (e.g., SIEM, IAM, SOC);
  • Actively target and sell Deloitte’s cybersecurity services, managing the full sales cycle including proposals and negotiations;
  • Lead client workshops, product demonstrations, and thought leadership events.

Solution Design & Market Growth
  • Design and develop complex cybersecurity solutions aligned with client and industry requirements;
  • Shape and execute go-to-market plans, including campaigns, events, and regional growth strategies;

Collaboration & Pipeline Management
  • Work with Deloitte’s Central European and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, track KPIs, and provide market insights to leadership;
  • Collaborate with alliance partners (e.g., Palo Alto, CrowdStrike) to strengthen market presence.
