Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and modeling data systems
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility, and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2019/2022 (T-SQL, indexing, optimization, execution plans)
  • Familiarity with database concepts and technologies, including data warehousing, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, ETL
  • Good communication skills and intermediate English (B2 or higher)
  • Curiosity and desire to learn new skills and expand your horizons
  • Open to pragmatic use of AI-assisted tools in daily work (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • Collaborates effectively with the team and is open to knowledge sharing and feedback
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar environment for collaboration, version control and delivery processes (applied for database projects)
Nice to have:
  • Experience with MS Azure: Data Factory/Synapse/Data Lake/ Fabric
  • Familiarity with BI solutions (PowerBI)
  • Experience with AI tools supporting data warehouse development (e.g. automation, AS-assisted analysis, experimentation with ML-based approaches) 
Your future role
  • Developing, modeling, and documenting specific domains of the information model
  • Ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability of data warehouse solutions
  • Testing, reviewing, and ensuring a stable platform for regular 24/7 business operations
  • Performing routine administration tasks (configuration, implementing changes, supporting users)
  • Converting architecture designs into working system components
  • Opportunity to influence technical decisions and data warehouse evolution based on experience level
  • Participating in a Scrum-based daily solution development cycle within the data warehouse team
