Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, oversee architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across multiple CRM workstreams. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, design oversight, and best-practice guidance.

Required qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform with strong architectural insight.

  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, PCF, and Dataverse APIs.

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, security, and enterprise architecture.

  • Strong experience with Azure integration services and event-driven architectures.

  • Experience establishing development processes, standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing developers or multi-stream CRM delivery.

  • Strong experience with Power Platform ALM, solutions, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.




Your future role
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions.
  • Oversee the development team and ensure adherence to coding standards, solution structure, and ALM best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and guide refactoring initiatives.
  • Define environment strategy, deployment processes, branching, and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with requirements.
  • Lead integration architecture discussions (Dataverse APIs, Azure integrations, event-driven patterns).
  • Provide technical oversight across project lifecycles: design, development, testing, deployment.
  • Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer where required.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM rollouts or regulated environments.
  • Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, AZ-400.
  • Excellent English communication and technical documentation skills.
