Who we are looking for

Who We’re Looking For 🔍

  • 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management
  • Proven experience in finance technology, automation, or digital finance transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects
  • Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage
  • Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives 🎤
  • Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems 🎓

Bonus Points If You Have ⭐

  • Experience with SAP (FI/CO) or SAP S/4HANA finance transformation projects
  • Knowledge of platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Alteryx, or Blue Prism
  • Experience leading automation, process mining, RPA, or digital finance initiatives
  • Exposure to data analytics or finance performance management tools 📊
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
