Who we are looking for
- Junior candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or ongoing studies in Finance or Accounting or other Economic related course
- Experienced professionals with specialized knowledge in Corporate Finance, Investment, or Accounting
- Consultancy or professional services firm experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
- IT literacy with solid financial principles knowledge
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong team player attitude
- Ability to solve complex tasks and a proactive, confident personality.
- Ongoing or completed CFA or ACCA certification is highly valued.
- Analyst level: Completed Bachelor's or Master's studies in Finance/Accounting or other Economic related course; strong understanding of financial / accounting principles.
- Associate level: 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as consultancy or financial services.
- Senior associate levels: Min. 3 + years relevant professional experience, preferably in transaction advisory, or similar roles.
- Manager level: Min 5+ years relevant experience in transactions related advisory/projects, expertise in project and people management. Mentoring, and leadership skills are also essential.

- Engaging in pivotal international transaction projects to drive strategic outcomes.
- Conducting in-depth research on diverse industries, specific companies, and market dynamics to uncover actionable insights.
- Preparing comprehensive Business Valuations spanning various sectors, offering critical financial perspectives.
- Analyzing companies holistically by integrating financial, operational, and industry data to inform strategic decisions.
- Developing intricate financial forecasting models using advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
- Participating in rigorous due diligence processes and investigations to ensure thorough risk assessment.
- Shaping client engagement strategies through the creation of compelling proposals aligned with their strategic objectives.
- Cultivating enduring client relationships through meaningful interactions and proactive support.
