Who we are looking for

🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Information Technology / Economics Studies (Finance, Business) or related fields

🗣️ Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong communication skills in dispute resolution and stakeholder management

💻 Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

📚 Strong desire to gain knowledge and develop skills in new IT systems and processes

Problem-solving mindset, flexible with a creative and inquisitive mind

🔄 Proactive approach to work and personal accountability for keeping own performance on track

🌍 Ability to work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where everyone is supported, respected, and recognized

➕ Additional Advantages

💼 Previous software or CLM tools implementation experience

🌀 Agile and Scrum certifications

🌐 Proficiency in other foreign languages (preferably German)

Your future role

🔧 Support end-to-end implementations of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software

📊 Ensure the CLM implementation methodology is followed, within the agreed scope, schedule, and effort

📝 Gather client requirements for CLM functionalities and implement them within the chosen tools

🕵️ Use your strong project planning, analytical, issue identification, and problem-solving skills to support project workflow

📑 Create comprehensive documentation of recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, test scripts, and results

🌉 Act as a bridge between design team, technical team, and client in resolving issues, configuration, and customization

🎓 Support CLM tools' end-users with training, workshops, and guidance on system capabilities

📅 Support the Program/Project Manager in meeting milestones and managing dependencies during CLM projects
