Start date: August 2026, 3-month internship
Schedule: Full-time
Note: This is a 3-month full-time paid internship. At the end, the successful internship participants will have the possibility to become full-time employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s student in Economic studies (Finance, Accounting, Cybernetics) or Computer Science
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Interest in business planning, data modelling, analytics and technology-enabled transformation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and confidence to interact with colleagues, internal stakeholders and, where relevant, client representatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Technical mindset and ability to design and build solutions that fulfill customers’ needs.
  • AI-savvy mindset: curiosity to explore AI tools, automation opportunities and smarter ways of working.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through involvement in student organizations, startup initiatives, innovation communities, volunteering, competitions, hackathons or similar activities.
  • Knowledge / experience with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Located in Bucharest / Ilfov.
Your future role
You will:
  • Use your understanding on how companies plan, forecast and make decisions across areas such as financial planning, demand planning, supply planning, workforce planning and operational reporting.
  • Engage & learn in real projects that yield tangible results for clients in various industries, by streamlining their planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Build and/or modify existing Anaplan or SAP models to optimize performance, incorporate new functionality or integrate with other systems.
  • Translate existing client solutions and business problems into Anaplan or SAP solutions by partnering with client stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and other business functions.
  • Develop model documentation to support requirements gathering, solution design and successful deployment.
  • Participate in UAT testing and deployment activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends related to the Anaplan or SAP platforms, AI-enabled planning and emerging technology trends.
