Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a GenAI Manager to lead Applied GenAI PoV and PoC projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and tech teams while driving timely delivery and impactful results.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, or a similar role, preferably in business-technology environments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders (up to C-level).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new approaches and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of GenAI concepts, or strong willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken communication).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Your future role

Main activities:

  • You will lead and manage Proof of Value and Proof of Concept projects in the field of Applied GenAI, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes and smooth coordination between business and technology teams.
  • You will be responsible for project administration, planning, monitoring progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring overall alignment of project objectives.
  • You will engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency of the project status.
  • You will work closely with consultants, business analysts, designers, and engineers, creating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • You will foster a can-do attitude within the team, proactively removing roadblocks and ensuring challenges are solved rather than escalated unnecessarily.
