Who we are looking for
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Leader for our HR Operations Team for the newly created Delivery Center of HR Operations for Deloitte SEE, to oversee operational practices and processes in our center of HR Operations.
In this role, you will support regional leadership in developing/executing the HR transformation strategy across SEE. You will collaborate closely with your team members to manage day-to-day operations, to foster their development and to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will also work with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to create a top-tier employee experience. You will play a key role in designing the flows and process optimization for HR Operations in the Delivery Center. This position is in Albania and reports to the Senior HR Operations Manager of SEE Cluster.

Our key expectations from the future colleague include:
  • An experienced HR professional with a focus on process improvement and service excellence
  • At least 8 years’ HR Operations experience, out of which at least 4 years as leadership position in Delivery Center.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and drive innovation and process improvement.
  • Very good analytical skills, curiosity and problem-solving capability, understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly skilled in using Excel (test included in the process) and HR information systems (ideally, but not necessarily SAP) to maintain quality HR data and to produce accurate reports effectively.
  • Client-service and tolerant to ambiguity; we are operating at a fast pace and make our best to serve our internal clients in the most relevant, sometimes personalized, manner; therefore, we permanently strive to reach a balance between flawlessly streamlined processes and a personal touch which adds value to our colleagues’ daily experience with Deloitte;
  • Team-playing attitude is a must, while we also appreciate a good sense of humor
  • Fluent in English.
Your future role
  • Design and execute the future ways of working and processing, understand business requirements and expectations, and how to align HR Services delivery with them.
  • Lead and oversee the HR Operations Services (onboarding, hiring, changes, leaving, data maintaining, time attendance, people data queries) ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other department to define the clear roles, performance expectations and development
  • Collaborate with other HR functions from local territories to execute the Employee Life Cycle processes
  • Provide operational leadership and professional direction to the HR Operations team
  • Team resource coordination and optimization
  • Ensure that the services delivered meet the conditions and the deadline according with SLA
  • Contribute to defining the KPIs of the processes
  • Client Relationship management: Constantly communicate with internal stakeholders to build a strong relationship to ensure an optimum work frame
  • Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs
  • Ensure adherence to the internal procedures and employment laws, compliance with GDPR
  • Lead projects aimed to automating and harmonizing the administrative processes for the HR Operations
