Who we are looking for
We are looking for a colleague for our team with strong analytical skills who will collaborate on projects focused on HR and data. You’ll be a suitable fit if:
  • You have a university degree and work experience related to HR, data analysis, and/or project management (experience in consulting is an advantage)
  • You are interested in the above areas and their current trends
  • You are familiar with HR processes or HR technologies
  • You have analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools – you can navigate information, analyze data, and create structured outputs
  • You actively use PowerPoint and can create clear, well‑structured presentations
  • You are able to organize your time and priorities independently, take responsibility, and work effectively in a team
  • You enjoy a dynamic environment, learn best through hands‑on experience, and prefer variety over routine tasks
  • You communicate professionally in both Czech and English and can lead meetings and prepare materials
  • You value a partnership‑based and client‑oriented approach
  • You are “friends” with AI but are also able to critically evaluate its outputs
Your future role
Our work is very diverse, and each project is slightly different. You can look forward to collaboration on both local and international HR projects, as well as cross‑functional projects (e.g., digitalization, organizational changes). Your job will mainly consist of:
  • Data analyses (e.g., in the areas of compensation, performance, workforce structure) – you will process available data, evaluate trends, and prepare inputs for further steps
  • Co‑creating solutions and recommendations – you will help define concrete steps and recommendations based on methodologies and project goals
  • Preparing project outputs – you will work on reports, presentations, and documents (e.g., analysis outputs, recommendations, plans, roadmaps, methodologies, manuals, guidelines, etc.)
  • Preparing proposals – you will prepare tailored service, project, or solution proposals based on client needs or internal requirements
