Join Deloitte’s new OPT team as an  IT Strategy & Industry Consultant and help build smart solutions bridging IT and operational tech.


What We’re Looking For

🎓 Background in Engineering, IT, or Industrial Technologies (Master’s a plus)
🏭 Passion for industry sectors like energy, aerospace, manufacturing, or logistics
🎓 Eager to grow in systems like MES, SCADA, TMS, WMS, Andon, or industrial IoT
🎓Curious about how tech enables production, warehousing & supply chains
🗣️ Comfortable engaging with business users, SMEs & C-level executives
📈 Skilled in running workshops, mapping processes & connecting business with IT
🌟 Team player who can manage stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
🚀 Motivated to learn fast, solve problems, and shape real-world operations




Your future role

You’ll be a key player in helping our clients rock their digital transformation by connecting tech with smooth operations! 🚀


Here’s what you’ll do:


🌟 Work with different teams to design and roll out IT/OT integration plans
🔄 Support process mapping and boost industrial operations
📈 Analyze data to help clients make smart decisions
💬Help design IT/OT architecture tailored to each client
💬 Lead workshops and meetings, sharing your tech know-how clearly
🌟 Keep up with the latest IT & OT trends and tech
🏭 Support cool projects in manufacturing and automotive
📚 Grow your skills in a friendly, innovative team environment
