You have ideal skills for this role:

* 1-3 years of immigration, mobility or human resources experience
* Be an excellent communicator - articulate and possess strong writing skills
* Very good level of written and spoken English and Croatian; German is an asset
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Love being part of a team and working collaboratively
* Be naturally curious and proficient at problem-solving
* Previous Big4 or similar experience is an advantage
