Who we are looking for

Our Solution Infrastructure team is growing and we are looking for a new member who would like to expand their knowledge of infrastructure and cloud and gain an architectural perspective.

Do you have experience with Windows servers, AD and virtualization?
Would you like to boost your expertise in AWS and Azure or Docker/Kubernetes?

Our team is responsible for the solution architecture of Deloitte’s IT infrastructure for 18 countries in Central Europe.

What does this mean?

We keep a high-level overview of the projects, help the business teams with the implementation of new systems (AWS/Azure-based applications) and collaborate with other support teams when we need to solve specific technical problems.

🚀 Who we are looking for:

2-3 years of commercial experience with Windows server administration.
Ideally knowledge of one of the cloud technologies – Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of Virtualization, Computer networking, storage, firewall rules.
Experience with the implementation and integration of new IT systems, automation, and scripting
The advantage is familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker, virtualization, networking, storage, firewall rules, etc.
English – advanced communication skills
Work permit in Czech Republic / EU passport

Your future role

As part of the Solution Infrastructure team, you will work closely with the business teams on various internal projects for 18 countries
You will help the teams with: technical issues, routine tasks, project coordination, cost calculations, create/update architectural designs and diagrams, and sharing technical cloud knowledge (hosting Azure/AWS services based applications)
Collaborate on the design of new IT systems to be implemented in accordance with our standards and roadmap
For example, you can imagine: assessing server, storage and infrastructure sizing; analyzing hardware sizing to meet application requirements
Cooperate with other IT teams to solve complex IT infrastructure challenges and non-routine support issues
