Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for high-energy, committed, and ambitious individuals to join our global Workday practice. As part of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a dedicated Workday Internship where you will have an opportunity to learn by assisting with daily operations, specific projects, and cross-functional tasks.
Successful candidate will be offered a contract, participation in a certified training program, and an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience.

Requirements:

Strong communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills.
Degree in Business Studies or a related field
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
Tech-savvy, with strong potential and willingness to learn no-code methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Customer focus
Basic understanding of Human Resources processes and an interest in the 'user experience' approach in design.
Self-learners.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Availability to work at least 32-40h/week

Your future role

Assist Workday team members with daily tasks and projects.
Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure projects align with strategic goals and deliver results efficiently.
Handle general PMO duties like setting up meetings, maintain organized files and managing mail.
Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
