Do you have experience with Python or Node.js and want to apply your skills to one of the fastest-growing fields in tech?

We’re looking for junior developers to join our international AI & Data team, where you’ll help build AI-powered voicebots and chatbots using cutting-edge tools like Cognigy, Amazon Connect, and low-code automation platforms.

This is your chance to:

🔍 What you bring:
  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with Python or Node.js
  • Solid programming foundations + Git + backend basics
  • Curiosity about Conversational AI and how tech improves customer experience
  • Willingness to learn cloud tools (AWS) and low-code platforms (we’ll train you!)
  • Strong communication skills & analytical mindset
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must!

✨ Bonus points if you have:
  • Knowledge of Cognigy AI
  • AWS exposure (Lambda, S3, etc.)
  • REST API or JavaScript experience
  • Contact center / automation tool know-how
  • Computer Science or related degree
  • Bulgarian or EU passport
Your future role
  • Build and customize chatbot & voicebot solutions ?
  • Write backend logic in Python 🐍 or Node.js 🌐
  • Create contact center flows with Amazon Connect 
  • Integrate AWS services like Lambda, S3, and API Gateway
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize conversation flows
  • Learn conversational design principles from industry experts ?
