🟢 Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Business (Economics, Management, Finance) or Technical fields (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics).
  • Proficient in English and Croatian for business communication. (Slovenian as advantage)
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., business analysis, data analysis).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

🟢  Advantageous (what will set you apart, but we can also teach): 
  • Consulting exposure: Previous client-facing projects or advisory roles.
  • Experience with Power BI/DAX for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Asana). and certifications ( Scrum, Agile).
  • Process improvement certifications (LEAN).
  • Technical familiarity with SQL or programming languages.
  • Experience in financial modeling, market research, or advanced data analysis.
  • Industry expertise in Finance or FMCG.


Your future role
    • Participate in consulting projects through preparing analyses, reports, and supporting materials for project managers.
    • Gather and analyze data to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights (e.g., market research, financial modeling, company performance analysis, competitor benchmarking).
    • Collaborate closely with a team of consultants to identify client issues and design tailored solutions.
    • Structure complex problems and develop hypotheses to solve them effectively.
    • Contribute to proposal preparation and create compelling presentations for clients.
    • For Senior Consultants: Take a more hands-on role with clients by leading workshops, conducting interviews, and managing individual project streams.
