Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry with a focus on digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise change
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects from strategy, design to implementation
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Client Leadership & Advisory Skills
  • Change Management & Business Readiness
  • Fluent Czech and English

Your future role
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation engagements.
  • Define client-specific digital strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for transformation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through their digital journey.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, change, and industry experts) to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support clients in building digital capabilities and culture.
  • Contribute to the development of digital offerings, tools, and accelerators within the firm.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by identifying client needs and shaping value propositions.
  • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
