Who we are looking for

The Junior Administrator supports the day‑to‑day operational and logistical activities required to deliver training programs effectively. Working under the guidance of the Team Coordinator, the role focuses on execution, coordination and administration, ensuring that training sessions are correctly set up, participants are supported, and systems are accurately maintained. 🗂️✅

The role does not involve training design or facilitation, but plays a critical role in enabling smooth training delivery.

  • Entry-level experience in operations, administration, coordination, or shared services.
  • Exposure to training support, HR administration, or learning operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
  • Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Your future role
Training Logistics:
  • Support setup of virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and participant communications.
  • Coordinate room bookings and virtual platforms.
  • Track attendance and follow up on completion.
Systems & Administration:
  • Manage LMS (Saba Cornerstone) tasks: session setup, registrations, attendance updates.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Support standard reporting on participation and completion.
Operational Coordination:
  • Act as first point of contact for participant logistics queries.
  • Support program managers and facilitators before and during sessions.
  • Escalate issues or delays when needed.
  • Follow established processes and SLAs.
