- You have between one and three years of hands-on experience with implementing marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze), campaign development, and improving customer engagement.
- You are confident working with AMPscript, SSJS, Liquid, HTML/CSS, and you are familiar with APIs and integrations between MarTech and CRM or data platforms.
- You are curious about AI and marketing process automation and have already experimented with them to speed up campaign builds, documentation, or QA, with the ambition to grow into next-generation marketing solutions.
- You feel comfortable working with segmentation and analytics, and while you may use SQL today, you are equally eager to explore new tools and automation techniques that simplify data work. Any understanding of how Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud or Hightouch enable real-time audience activation will be considered a strong asset.
- You are genuinely passionate about marketing and customer engagement, and any previous experience gained in consulting, a digital agency, or in-house marketing teams will be considered a strong asset.
- You collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and you are able to explain complex concepts in clear and practical terms.
- It will be an additional advantage if you have worked with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Creatio, since many of our projects require integrating Marketing Cloud or Braze with enterprise CRM systems.
- You communicate in English at a B2 level or higher, both in writing and speaking.
- You may already hold a Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze certification, or related MarTech/AI credentials, which will be treated as a plus.
