Who we are looking for

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess .NET/C#, JavaScript, TypeScript development skillset and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applications, Power Apps and Power Automate, excellent communication skills and growth mindset. 


Must have

  • Min. 2 years of experience in working with the Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform-based solutions as a Developer with a .NET/C#, JavaScript and TypeScript skillset
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Apps or Dynamics 365 CRM applications (ideally both, but experience in one or the other is a must) and Power Automate
  • Experience in Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code, working with code repository and Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Experience with XRMToolbox for system customization and administration
  • Min. B2 level in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

  • German language
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology
  • Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Custom Pages, Power BI, AI-builder, Copilot Studio
  • MS certification in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM or Azure
  • Practical experience with Azure Platform (with experience in usage of components: Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, AAD Integration)
  • Experience in creating deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps

Your future role
  • Working on client projects as a Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Developer, responsible for system configuration through low-code or custom code, as well as system administration and maintenance
  • Collaborating closely with end users, product owners, and functional consultants to ensure the solution delivers value to the client
  • Supporting RFI and RFP response preparation, including high-level requirements analysis, and preparation of demos or proof of concepts (PoCs),
  • Ongoing professional development focused on expanding skills and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products.
