Who we are looking for

We are seeking a skilled Murex Integration Consultant to join our team 🚀


🎯 What we expect from you 

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Finance, IT or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Murex, specifically with Mx3.1 MxMLExchange & Market Data. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Murex MxMLExchange, Market Data Batch and Live modules, and the Murex data model. 
  • Strong experience integrating Murex with trading platforms and market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IHS Markit). 
  • Strong shell scripting capability for efficient task automation and integration management. 
  • Good knowledge of SQL for querying databases and optimizing data processing. 
  • Good understanding of the overall Murex system and its modules. 
  • Familiarity with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring. 
  • Ability to suggest and implement improvements to existing integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and integration.


Your future role

As a Murex Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective integration of the Murex platform with other critical business systems within the financial institution. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to design, implement, and support integration solutions that ensure smooth and efficient data exchange between Murex and other front-to-back office systems, trading platforms, and third-party solutions.

You will leverage your deep knowledge of Murex, integration technologies, and financial services to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable integration solutions that meet client requirements and optimize business processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders, documenting them clearly and comprehensively. 
  • Ensure that integration solutions are aligned with business and technical needs. 
  • Leverage your technical expertise to implement complex integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between Murex and other systems. 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and technical knowledge, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to meet business requirements. 
  • Follow the IT Delivery Process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. 
  • Act as a team player, collaborating effectively with business, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure integration solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders. 
  • Provide efficient and effective production support, quickly resolving any issues related to integrations. 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks. 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and transparent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
