Position Title: Business Analyst (IT Trainee - No-Code Path)

Lab Name: Creatio Lab / No-Code Lab

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid: office/online)

Lab Dates: 14th of April - 27th of April

Are you curious about the world of tech but don’t have a coding background? Do you love solving problems, working with clients, and exploring digital tools? Then Deloitte’s No-Code Lab is the perfect place to begin your journey in technology consulting!🔍🤝✨

For two exciting weeks, you’ll join our immersive, hands-on training designed to give you real-world experience in IT projects — no coding skills required! You’ll work with Creatio, one of the world’s leading no-code platforms, and learn how to build applications, model business processes, and support digital transformations.⚙️📊💡

🎯 Who we're looking for:

University graduates or final-year students (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Business informatics, IT, or related fields
Individuals with 1+ year of professional work experience (tech experience not required!) would be a plus
Excellent English speakers (minimum B2 level) is a must
Open to full-time work post-Lab
Curious, fast learners who adapt well to new technologies
Great communicators with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
Experience with IT systems or digital projects is a plus!
