🎯 What we expect from you
Essential:
- 3-5 years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, or related areas
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and resilience frameworks (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 22316, DORA, NIS1/2, BCI GPG)
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear insights
- Analytical mindset and ability to provide actionable, client-focused recommendations
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Proficiency in German to support German-speaking clients
- Experience with resilience tools or methodologies (e.g. dependency mapping, scenario testing, reporting tools)
- Relevant certifications or professional qualifications (e.g. ISO 22301, BCI, DRI), including specialized University and/or Master degree
- Exposure to technology-enabled resilience solutions
As an Operational Resilience Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support clients across multiple industries in strengthening their resilience capabilities. You’ll be involved in shaping governance models, embedding sustainable resilience frameworks, and responding to evolving regulatory expectations at local and European level.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the design and implementation of operational resilience frameworks that are compliant and sustainable
- Assisting clients with regulatory compliance (e.g. DORA and supervisory expectations)
- Defining critical business services, mapping dependencies, and setting impact tolerances
- Supporting the design and execution of scenario testing to assess resilience against severe but plausible disruptions
- Conducting gap assessments and supporting remediation activities
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and client leadership to align resilience initiatives with broader business objectives
- Participating in regional and European-level resilience projects
