Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to oversee internal operational transformation projects, focused on process improvement, technology implementations and ensuring compliance with quality and risk management (QRM) standards. A key responsibility will be to oversee and co-ordinate transformation plans across 11 different countries. This is a manager-level role responsible for providing strategic support to leadership, overseeing junior resource, facilitating portfolio-level performance reporting, and ensuring consistent delivery of programme-related activities.
• Proven PMO experience at manager level, with the ability to oversee priorities, workload, and delivery across a PMO team
• Comfort working with internal systems, trackers, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including confidence reporting progress, risks, and team performance to leadership, as well as the ability to challenge progress or perceived issues or delays
• Previous experience leading or coordinating PMO, project support, operations, or delivery management teams is highly relevant

Your future role
• Drive the day-to-day activities of the programme PMO, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities, consistent ways of working, and timely delivery against agreed priorities. This includes actively overseeing the progress and output of junior PMO resources.
• Report to the transformation director on PMO team performance, delivery progress, operational risks, and areas requiring management attention
• Actively manage and track day-to-day PMO activities across the project portfolio, including tracking project status, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones
• Maintain and update accurate project governance and delivery documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, decision logs, and meeting materials
