Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to help ensure the scalability, stability, and reliability of modern enterprise applications built on SAP technologies and cloud platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to design and execute performance and load testing strategies within an Agile Scrum environment.

What we’re looking for

3–6 years of experience in performance testing or quality engineering
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools
Experience with scripting/automation using JavaScript or similar languages
Good understanding of REST APIs and web services
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and GitHub workflows
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
Knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, or Cloud Foundry is considered an advantage

Working environment

Agile Scrum Team (10+ members)

Your future role

Design and execute performance and load tests for REST and OData services
Create and maintain automated performance testing scripts
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Work with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, or similar
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve application scalability and reliability
Monitor system performance and provide optimization insights
