Opis i wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operational coordination, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of basic accounting (experience in a nonprofit or foundation is an advantage).
- Proactive and solution‑oriented: ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions quickly.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills, able to work independently and manage several projects with different deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication: strong written and verbal communication skills, adapted to diverse audiences (beneficiaries, corporate partners, volunteers, management).
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office / Google Suite).
- English language: advanced level (written and spoken).
- Strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of the impact projects run by the Deloitte Romania Foundation, ensuring alignment with established objectives and timelines.
- Preparing detailed activity plans, allocated budgets, and periodic progress reports.
- Efficient coordination with project teams, Deloitte Romania volunteers, partner NGOs, and external beneficiaries.
- Tracking progress indicators and ensuring complete and transparent reporting to the foundation’s board.
- Ensuring visibility and promotion of project results, in collaboration and alignment with the Deloitte Romania marketing team.
- Managing day‑to‑day administrative activities, ensuring an optimized workflow.
- Organizing and closely monitoring document flows, official correspondence, and internal procedures.
- Acting as the operational link between the foundation and Deloitte Romania’s internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal) as well as other stakeholders.
- Managing and initially reviewing primary accounting documents (invoices, receipts, expense reports, sponsorship agreements).
- Correct preparation and archiving of all documents required for financial records.
- Close and efficient collaboration with the foundation’s financial officer to ensure compliance with current legislation.
