Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

In-depth experience with PowerPoint and Word as design tools (90% of your work will involve PowerPoint).

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Proven experience in designing proposals in a professional services organization (or similar).

Comprehensive understanding of printing principles, graphic design rules, including layout, color theory, and typography.

Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills – multitasking with a high level of responsibility.

Experience working closely with diverse teams, particularly in the Tax sector.

A demonstrated track record of managing deadlines and delivering precise, high-quality results.

Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and presentation of concepts.


Your future role

Design and produce high-quality visuals, documents, and presentations in accordance with Deloitte's Tax & Legal guidelines.

Develop engaging animations and videos, utilizing AI tools where applicable.

Balance client needs with creative design to develop practical and innovative visual concepts.

Manage multiple design projects, often under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Coordinate with video production agencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Act as a brand guardian, maintaining brand consistency and integrity.

Present design concepts to external teams (European and UK teams).

Work autonomously, taking responsibility for projects from inception to completion.

About the team

NSE Tax & Legal is currently searching for a Tax Operate Creative Lead (Senior Consultant) to join the established Tax Operate Pursuit Centre of Excellence’s Creative Excellence team. The PCoE provides resources, as well as hands-on pursuit support to the largest and strategically important opportunities within our Tax & Legal practice through a dedicated infrastructure and team of professionals experienced in pursuit strategy, project management, innovative design, commercial strategy, and knowledge management.
