Who we are looking for
🎯We are looking for an SAP EWM Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse management solutions for complex client environments. You will take ownership of SAP EWM implementations, lead project teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across design, delivery, and optimization phases.
This role combines deep SAP EWM expertise, project leadership, and client-facing responsibility.


💼 What you bring:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, with involvement across multiple project phases including solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live, ideally within complex or international environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP EWM on S/4HANA, with solid understanding of core warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, internal warehouse flows, and inventory management.
  • Experience acting as a functional or stream lead in SAP EWM projects, taking responsibility for solution quality, coordination of activities, and alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Proven client-facing experience, including leading workshops, gathering and challenging business requirements, and translating them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
  • Ability to guide and mentor other consultants, contributing to team development and delivery quality, with or without formal people management responsibility.
  • Professional fluency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders; German language skills are a strong advantage.

Your future role
  • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, taking ownership of solution design, delivery quality, and successful go-live across complex warehouse environments.
  • Act as functional or stream lead within SAP S/4HANA programs, coordinating activities across teams and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and timelines.
  • Drive client-facing activities, including workshops, requirement gathering, solution discussions, and ongoing advisory support to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, TM and technical teams) to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM solutions.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and proposal activities, including solution input, effort estimation, and client presentations when required.
