Who we are looking for

✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our international SAP team in Deloitte in Serbia!

In this role, you’ll work with leading local and international clients to design and implement SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. You’ll bridge business and technology, helping organizations streamline their financial operations and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

💼 You have 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant (implementation or support).

🔍 Solid knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders).

⚙️ Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

🔗 Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.

🎓 University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields.

🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🌐 Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of German is a plus.

Your future role

💡 Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, etc.).
Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
🛠️ Configure, test, and document SAP FI/CO processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless financial data integration.
Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices and transformation strategies.
Support user acceptance testing, end-user training, and post-go-live activities.
