Who we are looking for


Do you enjoy translating finance processes into solutions people can actually use? Do you like connecting R2R, P2P, O2C logic with how SAP S/4HANA behaves. Or maybe you are as comfortable facilitating workshops as you are clicking through S/4 screens to understand what’s really happening? If so, we want you to be part of our journey! 🌍

As a Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA, FI) you will act as a consultant first, functional specialist second: clarifying business needs, shaping simple documentation, and helping teams make confident decisions about process and system options. You will play a key role in realizing value by supporting customized solutions and delivering actionable insights that empower EU institutions to meet their strategic goals.

🎯 What we expect from you:

Must-have

  • exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).
  • curiosity and openness, comfort with ambiguity, structured problem-solving, crisp communication and stakeholder handling, teamwork, clear and concise documentation.
  • background, general knowledge of business finance and finance processes. Working understanding of R2R / P2P / O2C cycles and how they surface in ERP
  • you demonstrate an interest in the European Union and their Institutions and want to take part in their further development.
  • comfort with Excel; exposure to reporting (e.g., SAP BO / Power BI)
  • strong English; confident in international, client-facing settings.
  • ideally in Economic / Finance studies.
Willingness to travel occasionally, for client projects and team collaboration


Your future role

You will apply your SAP S/4HANA experience in the context of finance domain and industry foresight to get involved in projects on important challenges within EU institutions. You will use your superb skills to participate in variety of transformational projects to help the EU institutions fulfill their mission and objectives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
* Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO environments

* Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Make S/4 usable for the business. Translate finance requirements into clear S/4 options; explain the “why/how” of system behavior in everyday language
