Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified status; 

• Min. 2 years of Admin experience with an HRIS system; 

• Previous work experience in HR systems is a must, especially knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday); 

• Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level; 

• Motivation, Interest, Positivism, strong desire to achieve your goals; 

• Strong analytical mind, creative spirit; 

• Good organizing and client facing skills; 

• Fluent English language skills. 
Your future role
• Working within an existing team and under a Lead’s guidance to implement and/or maintain the EC module. 

• Work in a global team and be motivated to research and provide solutions within the team; 

• Participate together with more senior colleagues in client steering on module-related enhancements and rollout strategy. 

• Act with full autonomy and independence on assigned tasks and areas of delivery, with minimal guidance from the existing module Lead. 

• Able to host and steer meetings with the client on topics within area of ownership.
