Who we are looking for
Join Deloitte Digital’s MarTech team and help global brands design and deliver intelligent customer engagement. We’re looking for developers who want to combine hands-on technical skills with creative problem solving to shape the future of digital marketing.
If you are:
- You have between one and three years of hands-on experience with configuring marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze), campaign development, and improving customer engagement.
- You are passionate about marketing and customer engagement, and you understand how to translate marketing goals into solutions that improve metrics such as conversion, retention, or customer satisfaction.
- You feel comfortable with project coordination - managing your own work, supporting others in the team, and helping to keep project tasks on track.
- You are open to contributing to sales and pre-sales activities for example by preparing demos, drafting proposal inputs, or presenting ideas to clients.
- You are not expected to be a developer, but you feel comfortable working with HTML for email, basic enhancements of AMPscript or Liquid, and collaborating closely with technical colleagues.
- You collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and you are able to explain complex concepts in clear and practical terms.
- You will also stand out if you already have experience with Salesforce CRM or an equivalent solution such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Creatio, as this knowledge will help you better connect marketing initiatives with sales and service processes.
- You communicate in English at a B2 level or higher, both in writing and speaking.
- You may already hold a Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze certification, or related MarTech/AI credentials, which will be treated as a plus.
Your future role
As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will work with international clients to design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions. You will be responsible for building campaigns, customer journeys, and landing pages that deliver personalized and relevant customer experiences. A key part of your role will be to integrate these platforms with external systems and data sources using APIs and connectors, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the marketing ecosystem.
Your role will focus on bridging the gap between marketing objectives and technology by analyzing client needs, designing campaigns and journeys, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, preparing materials, and presenting solutions directly to client teams and senior stakeholders.
Beyond implementation, you will actively contribute to pre-sales and sales activities, such as preparing demos, shaping proposals, and showcasing Deloitte’s capabilities. You will also support project management tasks, coordinating activities within agile teams and ensuring that deliverables meet expectations.
Over time, you will grow into more strategic responsibilities, such as leading workshops, guiding small teams, and advising clients on how to increase engagement and ROI with marketing automation platform.
