Who we are looking for

🚀 About the role

We’re looking for a Mid–Senior AI Engineer to join our team, the engine behind Deloitte’s journey to becoming a truly data-driven organization.

In this role, you’ll design, build, and bring to production enterprise-grade AI solutions, working on real business problems across Deloitte’s internal operations.

🛠️ What we’re looking for

Solid experience as an AI / ML Engineer (mid or senior level)
Strong software engineering background (Python, APIs, cloud-based systems)
Hands-on experience with ML, GenAI, LLMs, or agent-based systems
Good understanding of data engineering & MLOps concepts
Experience building scalable, maintainable, production-ready solutions
Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a love for solving real problems ?✨

Your future role

Designing and developing scalable AI & GenAI solutions used across Deloitte
Building multi-agent systems and AI-powered products end-to-end
⚙️ Applying strong software engineering principles to AI systems
📊 Working with data pipelines, models, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance
🚢 Bringing AI solutions from concept to production
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, data, business)
