Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle accounting as a Senior Accountant.
• Capability to deliver such reporting: Annual Financial Statements, VAT, CIT, Payroll, Statistics (knowledge of Latvian legislation is a must).
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Latvian.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to great service and quick learning.

Your future role
• Manage full accounting cycle for our clients including tax, management, payroll, and statistical reporting for local and international clients (according to Latvian legislation).
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Tax Reports in accordance with local regulations.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
