Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

You have ideal skills for this role
  * Education: A Bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics, IT, or a related field.
  * Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in process optimization and digitalization, ideally in the banking sector.
  * Tech Skills: Knowledge of AI and RPA would be a big plus.
  * Consulting Experience: Any background in consulting or advisory work is a bonus.
  * Problem-Solving: You’re logical and systematic when tackling analytical tasks.
  * Communication: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and you’re confident with presentations.
  * English Skills: Advanced English, both spoken and written. (German would be a plus)
  * Tools: You know your way around MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  * Interpersonal Skills: You can express your opinions clearly, back them up with solid arguments, and work well with others.
  * Work Style: Independent, reliable, punctual, and organized, but also a great team player.
  * Learning Attitude: You’re willing to invest time in growing your skills and knowledge.

 * Supporting transformation strategy and operational excellence initiatives, as well as corporate strategy assessment and development.
 * Working on customer and marketing strategy projects, helping to assess and build effective strategies.
 * Contributing to digital strategy projects with a focus on automation tools like RPA and AI.
 * Assisting with pricing and profitability management efforts.
 * Evaluating and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency.
 * Conducting business research and analysis, including financial analysis, to support decision-making.
 * Collaborating on client projects, reporting to engagement managers, and ensuring smooth project execution.
 * Preparing materials for meetings and workshops and actively contributing to or leading sessions.
