Who we are looking for

Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer who can take ownership of complex, enterprise-grade applications from architecture to production.

You will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, working across both backend and frontend layers. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building systems that truly scale.

Technical Expertise

8+ years of professional experience developing production-grade applications in Java (11 or higher).
Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with SAP HANA is a plus.
Experience operating and maintaining highly available cloud applications.
Good understanding of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP BTP.
Experience with observability tools such as Micrometer, Dynatrace, or Prometheus.
Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Understanding of OData protocol is a plus.
Strong frontend expertise with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one major framework (React, Angular, Vue.js; SAPUI5 is a plus).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile Scrum teams.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Your future role

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable solutions across the full technology stack.
Architect secure and maintainable systems, balancing performance, scalability, and user experience.
Develop and optimize server-side logic and services primarily using Java (11+).
Build modern, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless front-end integration.
Implement integration patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture) and manage third-party API integrations.
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and continuous process improvement.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain highly available cloud-based applications.
