Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant - The ideal candidate should possess robust skillset of a business analyst and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM products, especially Sales and Customer Service applications as well as custom Power Apps and Power Automate.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive creation of system requirements and design solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform for medium to large organizations. Moreover, the consultant is expected to understand different cultural contexts and build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

🟢Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in leading analytical workshops aim at business process modelling and business requirements gathering
  • Ability to map business requirements to out-of-the-box functionalities of the D365 stack and identify gaps that must be addressed through configuration or custom coding
  • Experience in hands-on configuration of D365 applications, including creation of the data model, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, cloud flows, model-driven applications (canvas apps are not a must)
  • Experience in delivery of sprint review demonstrations, end-user training and UAT-support
  • Understanding of Power Platform solutions (Managed vs Unmanaged)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to challenge a team member or the client without damaging the relationship
  • Ability to delegate simple tasks and track their status.
  • Experience in preparing project documentation (business process diagrams, user stories in proper format, functional specification and end-user manuals

🟢Nice to Have:

  • Ownership of Microsoft certificates (single exams are also relevant)
  • Experience in working with Copilot Studio
  • Experience in working with Power Platform Portals
  • Experience in implementation of Canvas-based applications
  • Knowledge of Center of Excellence Starter Kit and advanced administration and monitoring features of the platform
  • Prior experience as a team leader or project manager
  • Consulting background
  • German language (significant advantage)

Your future role
  • Lead creation of user stories and their refinement
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and solution architecture
  • Conduct functional design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and standardization, bearing in mind the Out of the box functionalities of the Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales and Customer Service are the key ones)
  • Facilitate analytical workshops and document business processes
  • Identify design gaps, overlaps and dependencies between user stories
  • Support the definition of acceptance criteria and test coverage
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect and development team to ensure alignment between functional and technical designs
  • Support backlog prioritization 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Client stakeholders bearing in mind different cultural contexts
