We are seeking a talented and highly motivated accounting professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our Statutory/finance team (local GAAP Accounting Team).

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's/ Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles with US GAAP/IFRS and ideally Polish GAAP knowledge
  • You are comfortable working in dynamic, cross-border environments, and can adapt quickly to changing regulatory frameworks
  • Experienced in accounting software and confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Polish sufficient to read, write, and communicate verbally in the area of job responsibilities
  • EU Passport.

Your future role
  • You will interact with a diverse range of multinational clients, monitoring potential challenges and opportunities relevant to them
  • You will assist and support employer's clients in preparing documentation for financial statement compilation and assist with clients' internal incl. country-compliance processes
  • You will prepare accounting supportive documentation for audit purposes
  • You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and identify deficiencies in clients' internal processes and propose solutions for improvement
  • You will be responsible for preparing conversion of accounts from management GAAP (US GAAP or IFRS) to local GAAP, including the preparation of statutory financial statements, and ensuring timely and compliant filing
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for ad hoc Polish GAAP-specific queries
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
