Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and IT service management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the platform meets the needs of our organization. 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform as a developer.
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with building integrations based on available connector and as custom solutions
  • Strong understanding and experience with ServiceNow development, including client scripts, business rules, and workflows.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one CAD and/or CIS a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI actions, policies, and scripts.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions that optimize business processes and comply with best practices.
  • Develop automation using ServiceNow workflow capabilities and update sets.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Mentor and support junior developers in the team.
