Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 
  • 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience, with strong hands-on delivery in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). 
  • Proven experience as a consultant leading requirements discovery/workshops and translating business needs into HRSD solutions (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps). 
  • Strong knowledge of HRSD capabilities such as HR Services, Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center/Portal, Service Catalog, Lifecycle Events, Workflows, Workspace, SLAs, and reporting. 
  • Experience designing and configuring ServiceNow HRSD using out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices. 
  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform features 
  • Integration experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub  and MID Server. 
  • Strong ServiceNow scripting and configuration knowledge 
  • Experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory 
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification for HRSD is a plus. 
  • Ability to understand existing setup and build on top of existing configuration. 
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and vendors. 
  • Excellent communication skills; able to create clear documentation (solution design, configuration workbooks, test evidence) and support UAT/training. 
Your future role
  • Work independently and as part of a team with other Deloitte colleagues at all levels. 
  • Interact with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client's processes and business problems. 
  • Working with Global and European clients to identify industry lead practices and implement them in engagements. 
  • Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution. 
  • Ensure up-to-date awareness of ServiceNow Platform capabilities and their interaction with existing and future platform components.
Developing across the ServiceNow stack (e.g. Mobile, Portal, HRSD, ITSM) 
  • Develop integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, WebServices (REST/SOAP), file-based transfers. 
  • Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow configurations and custom application development. 
  • Responsible for unit testing and end-to-end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment across sub-production and production environments. 
  • Create technical documentation, technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation and release notes.
