Starting in September 2025, the Program kicks off with intensive Trainings. Throughout the Program, you will participate in various training sessions, receive continuous support from experienced Deloitte Audit colleagues, and gain hands-on experience on client projects.

Your future role

What Will You Be Involved in and What Will You Learn During the Program?

  • Participating in the entire cycle of financial statement audits: performing detailed and analytical tests, control tests, planning and summarizing the audit, and reporting.
  • Developing skills in analyzing financial data using modern audit tools, which will help you understand how companies manage their finances.
  • Learning to build and improve audit procedures, giving you a better understanding of internal processes within organizations.
  • Gaining the ability to verify data and documents.

Selection process

Recruitment Path

In the upcoming months we will review all applications. If everything matches our requirements, we will contact you. The process involves a 30-minute online meeting with a recruiter, and if it goes well, another meeting with the Hiring Manager (online or at the office, about 45 minutes). 

If all goes well, an offer to join our Audit team and participate in the Snowball Program awaits you! Secure your offer early, enjoy the summer break with your friends and family, and start your career journey at Deloitte from September.
