Who we are looking for

🚀 Solution Architect – Shape the Complex Digital Platform

This role is about more than drawing diagrams — it’s about making architecture decisions that actually hold up in production. You’ll take ownership of a platform handling legal processes, documents, payouts, and workflows, where integrations and reliability are not optional.


We are looking for a candidate who has

💼 Experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect / senior engineering leader

☕ Strong background in Java and backend architecture 

⚡ Solid understanding of Angular and frontend architecture 

 ☁️ Hands-on experience with AWS (especially Lambda & serverless) 

 🔗 Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems 

 🔄 Experience designing complex, integration-heavy enterprise platforms 

 🛡️ Understanding of non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance, reliability) 

 🗣️ Ability to explain complex architecture in a clear way

🤝 Experience working in cross-functional enterprise teams

📍Based in Poland and speak Polish fluently

Your future role

Key responsibilities

😎 Own end-to-end solution architecture across Angular, Java, APIs, and AWS (incl. Lambda)
🏗️ Design scalable, secure, and integration-ready solutions
🔗 Define integration patterns between internal systems, APIs, portals, and external vendors
😊Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
📐 Translate requirements into practical architecture & implementation guidance
⚙️ Ensure performance, resilience, security, and maintainability
🔍 Review designs, challenge assumptions, and resolve architectural blockers
🔄 Drive modernization and evolution toward cloud-native architecture
📏 Maintain architecture consistency and governance across teams
