Who we are looking for
As Change Management becomes more complex and cross-functional, we expect our Consultant to have a mix of technical and soft skills:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Solutions (transformation, integration experience in S4/HANA, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow);
  • Stakeholder management skills;
  • Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
  • Mastery of English (written, verbal, presentation);
  • Excellent active listening skills;
  • Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with the team;
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations;
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere;
  • Organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics;
  • Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills;
  • Able to work effectively with multiple levels in an organization;
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others;
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle;
  • Experience with organizational change efforts;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Your future role
  • Create operative project communication and support work streams (e.g. overview slides; branding, orthography & consistency, and layout review);
  • Update and adapt communication material (PowerPoint, interactive PDFs);
  • Document, forward, and maintain Q&As and compile FAQ lists from various sources (e.g. in workshops, inbox, interactions with SMEs);
  • Creating client templates for specific newsletters;
  • Create videos/screencasts;
  • Prepare SharePoint site updates;
  • Change Management
  • Identify and update stakeholder analysis and support administrative preparation (e.g. stakeholder tracking, reminder);
  • Support stakeholder onboarding and ongoing engagement (e.g. leadership engagement calls);
  • Drive event management;
  • Support Change Impact Assessment (e.g. consolidation of data);
  • Coordinate Change Readiness & Adoption assessments (e.g. data collection, consolidation and data preparation);
  • Prepare user guidelines;
  • Create and coordinate the Change Agents Network;
  • Training/ Learning
  • Conduct a Learning Needs Analysis for all stakeholders' groups;
  • Develop a Training Curriculum;
  • Identify relevant training materials to be created;
  • Prepare materials;
  • Organize Train the Trainers;
  • Deliver & moderate workshops, training sessions, drop-in sessions.
