Who we are looking for

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent, for all level positions. This is an entry level position to support the Talent Acquisition team in Central Europe.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred);
Experience in search, talent acquisition, or headhunting, ideally within a finance or technology industry;
Proven track record of successful placements all roles.
Proficiency in sourcing tools as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM;
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Analytical mindset, curiosity and ability to assess organizational fit.

Your future role

Conduct proactive research to identify and build relationships with candidates for strategic roles.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, industry events, and market research.
Gather and analyze market and industry insights to inform recruitment strategies, including talent supply, industry analysis, and compensation benchmarks;
Advise hiring managers and talent team on market trends, talent availability, and the competitive landscape to align recruitment goals with business objectives;
Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical competencies, potential cultural fit, and career motivations;
Present high-quality candidate profiles, including detailed summaries of qualifications, to hiring managers and talent team;
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry professionals and potential candidates;
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business goals, culture, and team dynamics;
Manage candidate expectations and guide them through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
Collaborate with internal hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and timelines for requested positions;
Ensures confidentiality and discretion throughout the recruitment process.
