Who we are looking for
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent, for all level positions. This is an entry level position to support the Talent Acquisition team in Central Europe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred);
  • Experience in search, talent acquisition, or headhunting, ideally within a finance or technology industry;
  • Proven track record of successful placements all roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity and ability to assess organizational fit.

Your future role
  • Conduct proactive research to identify and build relationships with candidates for strategic roles.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Gather and analyze market and industry insights to inform recruitment strategies, including talent supply, industry analysis, and compensation benchmarks;
  • Advise hiring managers and talent team on market trends, talent availability, and the competitive landscape to align recruitment goals with business objectives;
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical competencies, potential cultural fit, and career motivations;
  • Present high-quality candidate profiles, including detailed summaries of qualifications, to hiring managers and talent team;
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry professionals and potential candidates;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business goals, culture, and team dynamics;
  • Manage candidate expectations and guide them through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and timelines for requested positions;
  • Ensures confidentiality and discretion throughout the recruitment process.
