Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
A Business Process Solutions (BPS) Junior Accountant fulfils an integral transactional and reporting function in Deloitte’s BPS. This role touches all aspects of finance function including tax compliance, documentation of process improvements and other special projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Higher education with degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields with an interest in accounting and taxes;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong team players with good communication skills, as well as a confident and professional demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients;
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, proactivity, and high attention to detail. You will also need strong analytical skills to be able to perform your tasks well.
  • Open and communicative person with service-oriented approach to clients and colleagues and an ability to meet tight deadlines while applying high standards.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn how to work (or even experience) in specific accounting programs like SAP and Navision.
Your future role
As a Junior Consultant, you will be in charge for:  
  • Posting of transactions to general ledger (incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, travel expenses, etc.);
  • Cost calculations (travel orders, cash registers, other costs);
  • Preparation of tax reports;
  • Salary calculations and salary task processing and personal income tax calculation and processing;
  • Preparation of various reports, e.g., management reporting, statistical reports;
  • Administrative work.
