Who we are looking for

We are growing our Technology Strategy & Transformation team and looking for a Technology Strategy Consultant who is ready to help clients turn complex IT challenges into strategic opportunities!

IT foundations: Basic understanding of IT architecture, networking, or software development principles, with the ability to support requirement specification, design, and implementation of solutions aligned with business goals.
Strategic curiosity: Genuine interest in IT project management, strategy development, and process optimization as levers for organizational growth.
Client focus: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to understand client needs and help deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
Analytical and communication skills: Ability to break down technical and business challenges, propose solutions, and present findings clearly in reports and presentations.
Team player: Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative project environments.
Adaptability: Eager to learn, open to change, and committed to continuous professional development in a fast-moving tech landscape.
Languages: Fluent English and Hungarian (verbal and written) is mandatory; knowledge of German, Russian, or Ukrainian is an advantage.
Experience: 1–3 years in IT projects or consulting.

Your future role

Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice, a team driving strategic technology leadership and digital transformation for our clients.
Work across a range of projects — IT strategy, process improvement, architecture planning, M&A IT due diligence, and more.
Help assess client needs through data gathering, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis.
Support project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure milestones are met on time.
Contribute to top-quality deliverables, including strategy reports, architecture plans, and client-facing presentations.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients in a results-driven, team-oriented setting.
Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating emerging technologies and their relevance to client business goals.
Grow professionally through training, certifications, and exposure to challenging, high-impact projects.
