Opis i wymagania

Kogo szukamy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with Java and Shell scripts.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, Gerrit, etc).
  • Experience with test frameworks.
  • Experience with Dockers.
  • Experience working on public clouds - GCP preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS databases.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with distributed systems.
  • Proficiency with Python.
  • Experience with building CI/CD workflows like Jenkins/Bamboo.
  • Practical experience with continuous integration and delivery.
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouses like Teradata, Redshift, Oracle Exadata,
  • Snowflake, Hive and BigQuery.
  • Experience working with ELT or ETL.

Twoja przyszła rola

  • Initial scope of the work is to build test automation (tools and service tests) for a service processing insights from Data Warehouse.
  • Design and develop the overall architecture of the test automation (scripts, VMs, containers, etc).
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement test coverage for new variants of Databases.
  • Designing and generating test data to validate service using various database variants.
